Actions to demand the fulfilment of the following obligations prescribe in five (5) years:\n(1) For the payment of income for support.\n(2) For the payment of rents, whether derived from rural or from town property.\n(3) That of any other payments which should have been made annually or in shorter periods.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 1866.
