The term for the prescription of actions to demand the rendering of accounts runs from the day on which those who should have rendered them ceased in their charges.\nThat pertaining to the action for the balance of accounts, from the date on which the latter was acknowledged by agreement of the parties interested.\nHistory —Civil Code, 1930, § 1872.
