Any person violating the provisions of any of §§ 2158, 2159 and 2160 of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction punished by a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000), and, in addition to such fine, he may be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five (5) years.\nHistory —June 10, 1953, No. 66, p. 220, § 5.
