The reproduction, transfer, copying, pressing, labeling, advertising and sale of sound recordings made before February 15, 1972, without the authorization of the owner, and of live performance recordings and recordings not labeled with the true name and address of the manufacturer with the purpose of distributing them in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, so as to obtain personal financial gain and commercial benefits is hereby prohibited.\nHistory —July 28, 1994, No. 43, § 1.
