The criminal laws of Puerto Rico shall apply to any committed or attempted crime within the territorial extension of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.\nIt shall be understood as territorial extension the land, sea and air space subject to the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 6, eff.
