The crime is considered committed:\n(a) Where the act has been perpetrated or where the omitted act should have been perpetrated, or\n(b) where the result has been produced or should have been produced in a location in Puerto Rico, in those cases in which the act has been perpetrated or the omission incurred outside of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 20, eff.
