The crime is committed with intent:\n(a) When the corresponding act has been performed with a conduct voluntarily geared toward accomplishing it;\n(b) the corresponding act is a natural consequence of the voluntary conduct of the author, or\n(c) when the subject has wanted his/her conduct conscious of the fact that it implied a considerable and illegal risk of producing the criminal act produced.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 23, eff.
