Juridical persons organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or authorized to act within its jurisdiction and any unincorporated partnership or association shall be held criminally accountable when the authorized persons, agents or representatives commit criminal acts while executing their agreements or conducting acts ascribable to them.\nThe accountability established herein does not exclude any individual accountability in which the members, leaders, agents or representatives of the juridical persons or the unincorporated partnerships and associations that participate in the commission of a criminal act may incur.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 46, eff.
