The following punishments are hereby established for natural persons:\n(a) Imprisonment.\n(b) Therapeutic confinement.\n(c) House arrest.\n(d) Probation.\n(e) Day fines.\n(f) Community services.\n(g) Restitution.\n(h) Suspension or revocation of license, permit or authorization.\n(i) Special penalty for the crime victims’ special compensation fund.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 49, eff.
