If upon sentencing it appears that the sentenced person has paid fines or has been imprisoned for the crime for which he/she was convicted by virtue of an order in which such crime was ruled as contempt, the court shall mitigate the sentence imposed.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 76, eff.
