The penalties for juridical persons established herein as defined by this Code are the following:\n(a) Fines.\n(b) Suspension of activities.\n(c) Cancellation of certificate of incorporation.\n(d) Dissolution of the entity.\n(e) Suspension or revocation of license, permit or authorization.\n(f) Restitution.\n(g) Probation.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 83, eff.
