When in the commission of a crime the juridical person violates for the first time, the requirements of law for the granting of a license, permit or authorization, the court shall order the suspension of said license, permit or authorization for a term not to exceed one (1) year in addition to any fines to be imposed as provided for the crime.\nIf the juridical person violates the requirements of law for the granting of a license, permit or authorization more than once, the court shall permanently revoke said license, permit or authorization.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 87, eff.
