The penalty of cancellation of the certificate of incorporation or the dissolution of an entity mentioned in this Code shall be available only as provided in § 4718 of this title.\nThis penalty shall be in addition to the fines established for the crime.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 88, eff.
