No security measures shall be imposed without a prior examination and psychiatric or psychological report of the person performed by a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist designated by the court and a social report performed by a probation officer.\nSaid reports shall be notified to the parties, excluding information sources that are declared confidential.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 94, eff.
