A woman who seeks from any other person with the purpose of provoking an abortion any medicine, drug or substance and takes it, or who undergoes any operation or any other surgical procedure or means, except in the case that it were necessary to save her health or life, shall incur a fourth degree felony.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 112, eff.
