Any person who drafts and publishes a notice or advertisement of any remedy or procedure to produce or abet illegal abortions, or who offers his/her services by means of any notice, advertisement or by any other means to assist in the commission of such an act shall incur a fourth degree felony.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 114, eff.
