Any person who mixes human gametes with those of other species for reproductive purposes shall incur a second degree felony.\nThis section does not prohibit the creation of animals in which the genome has incorporated human genes (transgenic animals).\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 119, eff.
