Any person who, without legal justification, fails to comply with the legally or court imposed obligation to provide support to another person of legal age, whether a spouse or an elderly ascendant or descendent relative, shall incur a misdemeanor.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 138, eff.
