Any person who engages in, accepts, offers or solicits to have sexual relations with another person for money, stipend, compensation or any type of payment shall incur a misdemeanor.\nFor the purposes of this subchapter, the gender of the parties that engage in, accept, offer or solicit to have sexual relations shall not be considered a defense.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 149, eff.
