Any person who owns or under any denomination has a disorderly establishment or house in which the peace, well-being or decorum of the neighborhood is disturbed or disturbances are promoted habitually shall incur a misdemeanor.\nIn such cases, the juridical person where the conduct is [sic] occurs may also be a participant in this crime.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 151, eff.
