Any person who knowingly owns, prints, sells, purchases, exhibits, distributes, publishes, transmits, transfers, sends or circulates child pornography material or child pornography shows shall incur a third degree felony.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 158, eff. May 1, 2005.
