Any person who uses a minor, or persuades or induces a minor into posing, modeling or incur sexual conduct with the purpose of preparing, printing or exhibiting child pornography material or into participating into a show of said nature shall incur a third degree felony.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 159, eff.
