Any person who prepares, exhibits, publishes, announces or solicits from another person to publish or exhibit an announcement of obscene or child pornography material or who otherwise promotes the sale or distribution of such material shall incur a misdemeanor.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 161, eff.
