The Secretary of Justice, the Police Superintendent or the Secretary of the Treasury, through their delegates or law enforcement officers may seize any property or interest that any person has acquired in violation to the provisions of this section, subject to the procedures established by the Uniform Seizures Act, §§ 1723 et seq. of Title 34.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 164, eff.
