When a conviction and binding sentence for any of the crimes included in this section exists, the court shall order the destruction of any obscene or child pornography material or announcement which has motivated the conviction of the offender and is in the hands or in the control of the court, the prosecution or a law enforcement officer.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 165, eff.
