Any person who, on his/her own or as a member of a court, unlawfully detains, arrests, imprisons or deprives of freedom a person released from prison for the same cause by virtue of a writ of habeas corpus shall incur a fourth degree felony.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 174, eff.
