Any person who participates in a private personal communication, whether by telephone, computer or any other means of communication, who records such communication by mechanical means or otherwise without the express authorization of all parties involved in such communication, shall incur a misdemeanor.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 181, eff.
