The provisions of §§ 4810 (Breach of Personal Communications), 4811 (Alteration and Use of Personal Information in Files) and 4812 (Disclosure of Communications and Personal Information) of this title, shall apply to any person who discloses, reveals or yields private information of juridical persons without the consent of its representatives.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 185, eff.
