If the crimes coded in §§ 4810 (Breach of Personal Communications), 4811 (Alteration and Use of Personal Information in Files) and 4812 (Disclosure of Communications and Personal Information) of this title, are executed for purposes of profit by the persons in charge or responsible for disks, electronic data files or other any other type of file or registers, or by officers or employees in the course of their duties, a punishment in the upper half of the range of penalties shall be imposed.\nThe provisions in this section shall also apply in the case of private information of juridical persons.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 186, eff.
