If the taken good is a credit voucher or a document, the amount of money represented or guaranteed by the same, or the value of the good whose ownership justifies the document, shall constitute the value of the appropriated good.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 194, eff. May 1, 2005.
