Any person who alters, interferes, or obstructs the water, gas, or electricity meter, or that of any other fluid, or makes any unauthorized installation, for the purpose of defrauding another shall be guilty of a fourth degree felony.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 196; Dec. 11, 2011, No. 237, § 1.
