Any person who with the intention of defrauding and by means of any computer manipulation makes an unauthorized transfer of any property or proprietary rights to the prejudice of a third party or the State, shall incur a fourth degree felony.\nThe court may also impose restitution.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 211, eff.
