Any person who promotes, expedites or guarantees the irregular result of a sports competition or of any other sort for the purpose of obtaining undue benefits for him/herself or for a third party shall incur a misdemeanor.\nThe court may also impose restitution.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 213, eff.
