Any person who, with the intention to deceive, [impersonate or falsely represent] another and, while in character, conducts any unauthorized action in the name of the falsely represented person, shall incur a misdemeanor.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 215, eff. May 1, 2005.
