Any person who, with the intent to defraud, makes false statements in a public or private document concerning a fact which the document attests to, and in the case of a private document, which has juridical effects to the prejudice of another person, shall incur a fourth degree felony.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 219, eff.
