Any person who, with the intent to defraud, makes, imitates, suppresses or alters any entry in a book of registers, files or data bank, whether on hard copy or electronically, shall incur a fourth degree felony.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 220, eff. May 1, 2005.
