Any person who, with the intent to defraud, forges or imitates the seal of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, a public official authorized by law, a court, a corporation, or any other public seal authorized or recognized under the laws of Puerto Rico or the United States, or of any state, government or country, or who forges or imitates any impression attempting to substitute the same for the impression of any of these seals shall incur a fourth degree felony.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 221, eff.
