Any person who knowingly gives a false alarm or warning of a fire, bomb or any other explosive device, or emanation of gasses or substances that are hazardous to health in a building or any other location in which people are gathered shall incur a misdemeanor.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 244, eff.
