Any person who commits any of the following acts shall incur a misdemeanor:\n(a) To disturb the peace or tranquility of one or several persons by means of offensive conduct that affects the right to privacy in the home, or in any other location in which reasonable privacy is to be expected;\n(b) to disturb the peace or tranquility of one or several persons by means of offensive or insulting words or statements are articulated in a location in which reasonable privacy is to be expected by those within audible range, or\n(c) to disturb the peace or tranquility of one or several persons by means of criticism, insults, challenges, provocations or words that are insulting and offensive which may provoke a violent or angry reaction from those who hear them.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 247, eff.
