Any person who hinders or obstructs any person, public official or employee from conducting debt collections authorized by the law, concerning revenues, taxes, excise taxes, duties, municipal licenses and permits or any other sums of money in which the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico has an interest shall incur a misdemeanor.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 269, eff.
