Any deposition or certification shall be deemed to be complete for purposes of the crime of perjury or aggravated perjury from the time it was rendered by the deponent with the purpose of having it published, disclosed or used as true.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 278, eff. May 1, 2005.
