Any defense or prosecuting attorney who intervenes in a case tried by jury and conceals the fact that he/she has consanguinity or affinity ties within the fourth degree with any of the jurors selected for the case shall incur a fourth degree felony.\nHistory —June 18, 2004, No. 149, § 298, eff.
