In situations not foreseen in the law, these rules or the rules approved by the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court as well as the Circuit Court of Appeals shall prosecute the procedure in the form that, in their best judgment, will serve the best interests of all the parties involved.The Supreme Court and the Circuit Court of Appeals reserve the power to waive terms, briefs or specific procedures in any case under their consideration, in order to attain its most efficient and fair dispatch.
