Any law establishing fees other than those fixed by the Supreme Court through resolution or the fees for the stay of proceedings provided in §§ 1476—1482 of this title, shall be deemed to be repealed and the fees established for payment to the court clerks and marshals shall be those fixed by the Supreme Court in accordance with the authority conferred thereto by law.
