There shall be understood for the purposes of §§ 1492-1495a of this title that 'United States of America or by any of its agencies or instrumentalities' includes The Federal Land Bank of Baltimore, The Federal Intermediate Credit Bank of Baltimore, The Baltimore Bank for Cooperatives, The Federal Land Bank Association of San Juan and The Puerto Rico Production Credit Association.
