The pleadings, determinations, and all other documents which are to form part of the papers in civil cases, including the documents presented by the parties to the suit, shall be compiled and carefully bound in the order in which they have been filed, and shall bear on the cover the name of the court, the number under which the case is filed in the clerk’s office, the names of the litigants, the attorneys, the title or designation of the nature of the case, the date on which it was instituted, the date it bore on the calendar and the date on which the court or judge handed down the judgment or final determination.\nHistory —Feb. 19, 1906, p. 101, § 1.
