A nuncupative will may be reduced to a public instrument on the application of any of the following parties:\n(1) A beneficiary under the will.\n(2) One upon whom a duty is imposed by the will.\n(3) The legal representation of any person included in the preceding two (2) clauses.\n(4) A witness to the will.\nHistory —Code Civil Proc., 1933, § 534.
