Where the testator’s wish shall have been committed to writing at the time of the making of the nuncupative will, the dispositions therein expressed shall be deemed to be the will of the testator: provided, all the witnesses agree that it is the same document that was written or presented at that time, even though none of them may recollect any of its provisions.\nHistory —Code Civil Proc., 1933, § 540.
