The appointee shall furnish a bond for such amount as shall be designated by the judge, unless the said appointee is released from such requirements by the interested parties of legal age and capacity therefor, in which case the bond shall be proportioned to the interest of those who do not or cannot, by reason of infancy or other incapacity, join in such release.\nHistory —Code Civil Proc., 1933, § 565.
