For this purpose, he shall publish in a newspaper designated by the judge of the Court of First Instance a notice to the creditors to present their claims, duly verified, to him at a place designated by the notice. The notice must be published once a week for two (2) consecutive months. If the executor or administrator doubts the validity of any claim he shall reject it, notifying the claimant in writing thereof.
